A site tour of the parking lots will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The site tour is mandatory. Bidders should plan to meet promptly at 10:00 a.m. at 210 S. Highlander Way in Howell, Michigan (outside the Law Center). The sites identified in Section 1.3 are within walking distance of the meeting point. Bids will not be accepted from companies that failed to attend the site tour.
