Summary of Specifications:
The Workforce Intelligence Network of Southeast Michigan (WIN) is seeking a facilitator for a short-term engagement (90-120 days). WIN is a new initiative of the region's nine community colleges and seven workforce development boards. The WIN partners have submitted a proposal for funding the initiative and are anticipating an award in May, 2011. Proposals must be submitted by April 22, 2011 at 5 pm. EST. Proposals are to be submitted in .pdf format via email to Sharon Miller at semiller@oaklandcc.edu.
