Description

Livingston County is accepting sealed proposals for a security body scanner for the Livingston County Jail. The Livingston County Jail is located at 150 S. Highlander Way, Howell, Michigan. The facility has a potential maximum inmate population of 411. The average daily population ranges from 250 to 275. The jail lies within a semi-rural county of southeastern Michigan, centrally located between several populous counties. Livingston County will use the results of this process to award a five-year contract at the discretion of the County based on annual performance reviews.
