Request for Qualifications – It is the intention of Livingston County to competitively pre-qualify multiple contractors that will provide Snow Removal, Mowing, and Landscaping Services for Livingston County at their respective building locations. It is the desire of the County through this process to pre-qualify and establish a list of landscaping, mowing and snow removal contractors that will service Livingston County for the next five years.

Five (5) year contract continuing at the discretion of the county based on satisfactory performance.
