Livingston County is accepting proposals for snow removal services at Livingston County Spencer J. Hardy Airport located at 3399 County Airport Drive, Howell, Michigan 48855. Airport personnel typically perform snow removal on the runway and portions of the taxiway; the contractor is primarily utilized for some taxiway and all apron snow removal. This solicitation is a three-year base contract, with two (2) one-year renewals at the discretion of the County based on annual performance reviews, for a total contract period not to exceed five years.
