Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide Substance Abuse Counseling Services for the 44th Circuit Court – Juvenile Court Division. The award may be split, at the County’s discretion between two or more vendors to provide the most cost-effective services. It is anticipated that services will commence on October 1, 2015 and be utilized until September 30, 2018. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for two additional one-year periods. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years.
