RFP-LC-13-11 - Substance Abuse Treatment Services

Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County, on behalf of Livingston County Courts, is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide Substance Abuse Treatment Services. Prospective vendors who have the expertise, and are interested in providing alcohol and drug abuse outpatient, intensive outpatient services, or other high risk group services and related support services for adults and adolescents who are residents of Livingston County, under a Purchase of Service/Fixed Unit Rate contract are encouraged to bid. 

The Court is committed to maximizing the availability and accessibility of outpatient services to Livingston County residents. Livingston County Circuit Court is interested in contracting with multiple vendors. Award(s) may be split, at the County discretion, between two or more contractors to provide for evidence based program(s) which will meet the needs of the Court. It is anticipated that services will commence on July 1, 2013.
