Description

Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment Services for the 44th Circuit Court and 53rd District Court Specialty Courts and Programs. The award may be split at the County’s discretion between two or more vendors to provide the most cost-effective services. It is anticipated that services will commence on October 1, 2022 and end on September 30, 2023. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods for a total contract period not to exceed three (3) years.
