Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County on behalf of Livingston Essential Transportation Service (L.E.T.S.), Livingston County Motor Pool and EMS are requesting proposals from qualified vendors, licensed to perform business in the State of Michigan for Towing of County Owned Vehicles for Livingston County, Michigan for a period of three (3) years. The County reserves the right, at its discretion, to renew the contract for one (2) two-year extension for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract(s) is to obtain firm fixed prices for the initial contract three (3) year term.
