RFP-LC-12-02 - Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs

Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide VEHICLE MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS SERVICES for the Livingston County Fleet Vehicles. The term of the contract will be for three 3-years with an optional, at the discretion of the county, to extend the term for an additional 2-year period for a potential contract term not to exceed 5-years. Livingston County may choose to award to one or more vendors for these services. There are (5) parts to the VEHICLE MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS SERVICES RFP. Bidding vendors can bid on ONE OR ALL PARTS to the RFP. Each part will list the scope of service required: Part 1 - Preventative Maintenance Part 2 - Major repairs Part 3 - Collision repairs Part 4 - Tire Maintenance and repairs Part 5 – Light Duty Diesel
