The County of Midland respectfully requests your participation in submitting a bid for Banking Services for the Midland County Treasurer's Office. All bids submitted will be in accordance with the attached specifications and bid procedures.
All bids must be submitted using the attached bid forms. Bids are due to the Midland County Finance Dept., 3rd floor, County Services Building, 220 West Ellsworth Street, Midland, MI 48640 no later than 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2022. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked "Bid Proposal: Banking Services-Midland County". Bids will be opened at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. This meeting will be held on the first floor Conference Room of the Midland County Services Building and is open to the public.
The County of Midland reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any or all bids, to waive or not to waive informalities or irregularities in bids or bidding procedures, and to accept any bid determined by the County's Representatives to be in the best interest of the County, whether bid is lowest or not. The County of Midland assumes no liability for any costs incurred in preparing a bid.
