Summary of Specifications:
The County of Midland is requesting proposals for Commissary Services for the Midland County Jail located at 101 Fast Ice Drive, Midland, MI 48642. The facility has a maximum inmate population potential of 274 beds which consist of the housing for Midland County inmates and inmates from other governmental entities. The Jail facility is currently looking for a vendor to provide Commissary kiosk services for a two (2) year period with the possibility of automatic one (1) year renewals.
All proposals must be received on or before Wednesday, March 9, 2016 by 1:00pm. All proposals must be delivered to Denise L. Mason, Midland County Procurement & Contracts Administrator, 3rd Floor, Room 360, Finance Department, Midland County Services Building, 220 West Ellsworth Street, Midland, MI 48640-5194. It will be the responsibility of the vendor/bidder that the bid submitted is received in a timely and proper manner.
All proposals will be publicly opened on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 beginning at 1:05pm in the First Floor Conference Room at the address listed above. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid conference on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 1:00pm at the Midland County Jail, 101 Fast Ice Drive, Midland, MI 48642.
