It is highly recommended that vendors attend as they will be able to examine the site and become familiar with the conditions under which the work will be performed. During the walkthrough, attendees may request clarification of any section of the proposal document and ask any other relevant questions relating to the project. Final answers to questions released by Addendum will be considered official and final.
