Description

The County of Ottawa, on behalf of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, Adult Correctional Facility, constituent law enforcement agencies and various stakeholder departments of the County, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified Vendors to provide AED units, associated supplies, and services as described herein.

It is the County’s intention to award a 3-year contract to a preferred vendor(s) with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, if in the interest of all parties. The awarded vendor will be responsible for ordering, delivery, installation, maintenance and inspection, training and general equipment monitoring, warranty, and reporting services.

E-mail Proposal Submission: Respondents will submit an electronic response (preferably single-file PDF format) by e-mail to: purchasing.rfp@miottawa.org with the subject line of: “RFP 21-20 AED Equipment and Supplies.” The County can receive email attachments up to 25 MB. Proposal documents larger than 20 MB should be sent in multiple emails with the subject line of: “RFP 21-20 AED Equipment and Supplies – 1 of 2.” It shall be the Vendors’ responsibility to confirm delivery and receipt of proposal deadline.
