RFP 25-006 - As Needed Graphic Design and Marketing Services

The County of Ottawa, on behalf of the Ottawa County Department of Public Health (OCDPH), is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide comprehensive visual communication and graphic design services to support its public health campaigns and outreach efforts. The selected vendor will develop strategic visual communication and graphic design solutions across various platforms that drive effective audience engagement while adhering to OCDPH’s branding and accessibility requirements. The selected vendor may also be asked to provide advertising recommendations and execute these campaigns on an as-needed basis. The awarded vendor will receive a three (3) year contract with four (4) additional 1-year renewals, if in the best interests of both parties.
