It is the County’s intention that any recommended wage/scale changes are determined by no later than June 1, 2020 for budgeting purposes. The awarded firm will be expected to prepare written reports of all analysis performed, provide a final written report of salary/wage recommendations, and attend meetings with various stakeholder groups.
