RFP-07-13 Central Service Cost Allocation Plan - Central Service Cost Allocation Plan & IT Billing Study

Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to the County in the preparation of a Central Service Cost Allocation Plan and an Information Technology Billing Study. The Central Service Cost Allocation Plan prepared by the consultant will be for 2007, and will be used to facilitate recoveries in the year 2009. The Information Technology Billing Study prepared by the consultant will be based on the 2009 budget and used to facilitate recoveries in 2009. The work required under this contract and the proposal response to be submitted by interested firms is explained in this RFP.
