RFP-10-12 - Central Service Cost Allocation Plan & Information Technology Bill

Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to the County in the preparation of a Central Service Cost Allocation Plan and an Information Technology Billing Study. The Central Service Cost Allocation Plan prepared by the consultant will be for 2010, and will be used to facilitate recoveries in the year 2012. The Information Technology Billing Study prepared by the consultant will be based on the 2012 budget and used to facilitate recoveries in 2012. The work required under this contract and the proposal response to be submitted by interested firms is explained in this RFP. The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewal periods for a total possible five (5) year contract. Please carefully review RFP 10-12. It provides information necessary to aid participating bidders in formulating a thorough response. A formal, comprehensive review period will be conducted to ensure that the County selects the best possible vendor that will provide the best value and service.
