RFP-07-03 - Copy Machines

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ottawa intends to purchase approximately 8-11 copy machines of various capabilities and speeds. 

The proposed copy machines must be of current design and manufacture. They are to be new, not re-manufactured, free from corrosion, scratches or other such defects which present other than a new appearance. 

The vendor is responsible for delivery, set up and on-site training at each delivery location. 

Vendor provided service is required. 

The County of Ottawa, at its discretion, may require the vendor to demonstrate the proposed copy machine(s). 

The County requires a “total satisfaction” guarantee. If a copier does not perform to the satisfaction of the County, the vendor will replace the copier with a machine of the same make and model. If the replacement copier does not perform to the satisfaction of the County, the County will direct the vendor to replace the copier with a comparable or better copier.
