Description

Ottawa County is seeking to partner with a professional consultant or firm to provide cost allocation
services. The awarded Vendor will be responsible to provide a countywide OMB A-87 Central Services
Cost Allocation Plan (CAP) and an Information Technology Cost Allocation Plan based on the County’s
financial data for each fiscal year ending September 30, 2018, 2019 and 2020 to become the basis for
recoveries in year 2020, 2021 and 2022, respectively.
