Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contract is to obtain firm fixed prices from a qualified vendor(s) to provide courier services for various County of Ottawa departments. Successful vendors shall be able to deliver various documents and materials to and from specific departments and locations in and around Ottawa County. The County is looking for a flat cost per month price. The County will not consider any bid requesting any additional surcharges or fees other than those mentioned herein. The County intends to award a two (2) year contract with up to two (2) additional two (2) year renewal periods for a total possible six (6) year contract.
