Ottawa County, on behalf of the Water Resources Department and the Ottawa County Water Resources Commissioner, is soliciting proposals from experienced vendors for an off-the-shelf Drain Ledger software application with a customizable chart of accounts and Drain Order system for processing vendor payments in accordance with any statutory requirements and procedures of the State of Michigan and the Ottawa County Drain Commission.
