Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain the best possible proposal for the supply, installation, training and ongoing support of the system. The RFP is intended to provide proposing vendors with a common, uniform set of instructions to guide them through the development of their proposals and the subsequent demos for the finalists.

The County anticipates awarding the software bid in its entirety to the same vendor, as integration is one of the primary reasons for the implementation of ERP software. However, subcontracted services or hardware may not be awarded to the primary bidding vendor.
