Additional Bidding Instructions

The total contract price for each contract shall be based on the mowing of all park sites 24 times during the general period beginning May 1, 2019, and ending October 31, 2019. The contractor shall mow each park area no more than 24 times and shall not mow any park area before or after the contract period without specific written permission from OCPRC. The maximum number of mowings in each contract is 24; however, because of weather, growth rate, and other conditions it may not be necessary to complete all 24 mowings.
