Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ottawa is seeking qualified firms to provide professional services to the County as the Financial Advisor for the Issuance of Bonds (hereinafter, “the Financial Advisor”) of the County of Ottawa and the Ottawa County Public Utilities System (hereinafter, “the County”). The County intends to award a five (5) year contract with no additional renewal periods. There is no guaranteed use of the contract for the award period. Please carefully review this document. It provides information necessary to aid participating bidders in formulating a thorough response. A formal, comprehensive review period will be conducted to ensure that the County selects the best possible vendor that will provide the best value and service.
