ENGINEER – The OWNER has contracted Edgewater Resources, LLC to be the ENGINEER/PROFESSIONAL for the project.

PROJECT –This Project consists primarily of the reconstruction of the marina and upland elements at the Historic Ottawa Beach Marina Site in Park Township, MI.

Contractors and Subcontractors are required to pay not less than the prevailing rates established by the U.S. Department of Labor which are included in the project specifications. Information explaining other prevailing wage laws which apply to this work is also contained in the project specifications. CONTRACTOR must comply with the Davis Bacon Act, July 2, 1964 (Title 40S276A), the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, September 28, 1965, No. 11246, all United States Department of Labor Regulations and Standards Title 29, 1, 2, 5 and Title 18 U.S.C. Section 874 known as the “Anti-Kickback Act”, and the Federal Occupancy Safety and Health Act of 1970.
