RFP-09-01 - Housekeeping Services

Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this Request of Proposal and resulting contract is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide housekeeping services at 10 Ottawa County buildings located throughout the county. The County currently maintains a housekeeping staff at 2 of the 10 buildings. However, the County wishes to consider the hiring of a private contractor for these services and hereby solicits proposals for the cleaning of all County buildings. 

The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with up to two (2) additional one (1) year renewal periods for a total possible three (3) year contract. Please carefully review this document. It provides information necessary to aid participating bidders in formulating a thorough response. A formal, comprehensive review period will be conducted to ensure that The County selects the best possible vendor that will provide the best value and service
