Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ottawa (The County) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified providers to provide financial & investment tracking software, as described herein. The objective is to identify the Provider that can offer the most comprehensive services at the most competitive rates. We would potentially replace our current system, which is Treasury Desktop Version 10.7.0.2 software resident on individual PC’s and with a File Server for Data.
