Ottawa County is distributing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain a Justice Document Management and Imaging System Solution. The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with enough information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for the Justice Document Management and Imaging System Solution in the defined areas. Ottawa County will use the results of this process to award a contract for the system solution described herein. The County is anticipating that vendors will propose a complete Justice Document Management and Imaging System Solution, including software, some hardware, and other technology and various services.
