The scope of work involves: Renovation of the existing Restroom Building and addition of the
Storage Room. The existing roof structure will be demolished entirely. Existing walls’ height
will be extended by approximately 2 feet. The new roof structure will be installed at the raised
height walls and will include roof extensions / canopies (at west and east sides of building)
supported by new structural steel and glu-lam trusses. Existing wood siding will be replaced with
new wood siding. Existing tile flooring will be replaced with a new seamless flooring system.
Some existing toilet partitions will remain, and some new matching toilet partitions will be
installed to achieve new layout configuration. New hollow metal doors/ frames/ hardware and
metal clad wood awning windows are part of scope of work. New countertops at lavatories, new
interior finishes and new toilet rooms accessories are per construction documents. The existing
overhead rolling doors at Vending Area shall be re-installed after amendments to framed walls
are completed. Existing west side overhead rolling door shall be removed and returned to the
Owner. New changing stalls shall be installed under the west side of the building, under new
canopy/ roof overhang. New site concrete work replacement around building area shall be per
construction documents. The project scope includes General, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
trades, and Excavation, Backfill, and Site Restoration required for the complete building
renovation work. Septic Field replacement is NOT part of this proposal and will be installed via
Other Contract. The Building renovation project contractors are to make final connections to
respective trades site utilities.
