Ottawa County, on behalf of the Facilities and Maintenance Department, is soliciting bids for an Electro-Matic Fusion 16mm Full-Color LED lit sign display for the Ottawa County James Street Campus. The awarded vendor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing sign, as well as installation of the new, and training.

The display must be delivered in 4 weeks or less from the date of award and must be 4G Cellular Verizon with Lifetime Data Plan. It is the County’s preference to receive delivery of the LED display on or before September 30, 2019.

The manufacturer model cited in this bid specification is used to establish the minimum acceptable standards for these items. Only items of other manufacturers that meet or exceed the specifications may be considered as alternates. Award will be made to the vendor quoting the lowest price meeting specifications.
