Summary of Specifications:
The Ottawa County Register of Deeds and the County of Ottawa put forth this Request for Proposal for a provider of hardware, software and service for a Land Records Management System. The primary goal is to implement a “State of the Art” automated and fully-integrated Recording System for the management of (including Disaster Recovery), receipting, indexing, verifying, imaging, archival and retrieval of official documents. Desirable features of the new environment include electronic filing of documents, redaction, automated index/verification, an automated reception/entry book and optional data & image replication.
