Description

The County of Ottawa, on the behalf of the Facilities Maintenance Department, is requesting
proposals from experienced and qualified Vendors to furnish labor, materials, and equipment
for the complete execution of landscape maintenance as indicated within the context of this
RFP.

It is the County’s intention to award a contract with an initial period starting after both parties
have signed through April 1st, 2023. Anticipated start date will be May 25, 2021. After the
initial contract period, there is an option to renew for three (3) twelve (12) month terms, if in
the best interest of both parties.

Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM ET on Friday, April 16, 2021. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. All proposals must include completed, signed copies of all required attachments. Attachments must be filled out in full and signed by an authorized Company representative. Vendor assumes all risks associated with electronic submission (including possible technical issues).

E-mail Proposal Submission: Respondents will submit an electronic response (preferably single-file PDF format) by e-mail to: purchasing.rfp@miottawa.org with the subject line of: “RFP 21-14 Landscape Maintenance.” The County can receive email attachments up to 20 MB. It shall be the Vendors’ responsibility to confirm delivery and receipt by the proposal deadline. Any proposal received after this time may not be considered.
