Ottawa County, on behalf of the Ottawa County Department of Public Health, is seeking
proposals from experienced and qualified manufacturers of specialty vehicles for the purchase of
one (1) fully equipped mobile dental unit for the County’s “Miles of Smiles (MOS)” dental services
program. The awarded contractor will be responsible to design and build of the mobile unit, coordinate the purchase and installation of all dental equipment and supplies, and deliver and provide training
for the operation of the unit.

Ottawa County Department of Public Health will be purchasing the dental equipment to be drop-shipped to the contractor’s build location. The contractor will work collaboratively with the dental supplier to install all dental equipment. Installation of dental equipment is to be included in the proposal pricing.
