The Ottawa County Insurance Authority (hereinafter “OCIA”) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms or professionals to provide replacement cost valuations of its higher-valued buildings for Property insurance purposes as per Affiliated FM Insurance Company form PRO AR 4100 (1/17) and as described herein. The awarded vendor will be required to perform replacement cost valuations for each of the appraised buildings to be completed no later than February 1, 2022 so that appraised values are available for the April 1, 2022 renewal.

Vendors are to submit proposal response (preferably single-file PDF format) by e-mail to: purchasing.rfp@miottawa.org with the subject line: “RFP 21-26 OCIA Replacement Cost Valuations.” Proposal documents larger than 15 MB should be sent in multiple emails with the subject line: “RFP 21-26 OCIA Replacement Cost Valuations, 1 of 2,” etcetera. Vendor assumes all risks associated with electronic submission (including possible technical issues).
