Description

The project is: A pavilion addition to the Historic Pumphouse Museum. The new pavilion includes an open patio, two single occupancy toilet rooms, a storage closet and a janitor’s closet. Construction is wood framed walls, wood trusses, gabled metal roof, fiber cement board and brick cladding, and slab on grade concrete flooring. Refer to drawings and specifications for additional information and a list of alternates. The pavilion will be winterized during the colder months. Refer to the site plan for the amount of site work required within the site. This project is a design-build format. Engineered drawings by a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineer are required to be submitted for plan review.
Following Board approval, and weather permitting, the construction period begins on or around Tuesday, September 5, 2017 with Substantial Completion to be Wednesday, November 15, 2017.
