The County of Ottawa (County) is soliciting proposals from consultants to: • Provide a Technical Energy Audit that identifies necessary modifications and changes needed to reduce maintenance and utility expenditures throughout identified county properties. • The final product will be a fully engineered proposal that identifies specific projects the County should undertake that will generate guaranteed energy savings and energy rebates derived from facility equipment replacement and modifications.
