RFP-16-10 - RFP 16-10 COURTROOM TECHNOLOGY UPGRADES

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ottawa is soliciting formal proposals from experienced and qualified Vendors to upgrade the County’s courtroom cabling, induction/hearing loop, audio and video systems and other related courtroom technology into a scalable, reliable and cost effective solution. The provider will deliver products, upgrades and/or services needed to transition the County from its current courtroom technology to a solution offering a robust and reliable capability that can be easily implemented in all of the different judicial courtrooms as well as judicial officer hearing rooms. Integration with current courtroom recording software, video conferencing units and other ancillary systems will be required to ensure the official court record is properly captured.
