RFP 23-06 - Tower Development for Delivery of Broadband Services via Fixed Wireless Tech

The County of Ottawa, on behalf of the Department of Strategic Impact, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to create, develop and implement a plan to construct a network of towers, and related infrastructure, to provide broadband service to unserved and underserved areas of the County via fixed wireless technology.
It is the County’s intention to utilize this RFP process to identify vendor(s) to create this plan. The selected vendor(s) may be asked to work with the Department of Strategic Impact to finalize a Scope of Work, which may or may not include management of developed tower infrastructure, cost for services to develop and implement the plan, and enter into a contract with the County to commence with the project.
