Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ottawa is seeking qualified firms to provide professional services to the County in the preparation of a cost of services study for user fees assessed and collected by multiple departments of the County. The work required under this contract and the proposal response to be submitted by interested firms is explained in this RFP. Please carefully review this document.
