RFP-07-06 - Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ottawa is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified experienced vendors to provide vehicle maintenance & repairs services. The bidder shall have an Ottawa County facility. The award will be for a three (3) year contract that will include a provision for the County, at its discretion, to extend the contract for (1) two-year additional term up to a potential total contract period of five (5) years. The County of Ottawa plans to award to more than one vendor for these services. 

There are (2) parts to the vehicle maintenance & repairs RFP. Bidding vendors can bid on one or both parts to the RFP. Each part will list the scope of service required; Part 1, Preventative Maintenance; Part 2, Major repairs; these services will be for the County of Ottawa Fleet consisting of the following departments: Facilities & Maintenance, Sheriff’s Department, Drain Commission, and Community Mental Health vehicles.
