The County of St. Clair is accepting proposals to repair and maintain asphalt parking lots at the Day Treatment/Night Watch (1238 Michigan Rd.), Main Courthouse (201 McMorran), Intervention Center/Employee Lot (1170 Michigan Rd.), and Main Library (210 McMorran Blvd) in Port Huron, as well as the Marine City Courthouse (2088 S.
