Summary of Specifications:
St Clair County is currently soliciting proposals for multifunction digital copy machines. These devices will replace existing equipment across multiple locations within St Clair County. The County currently has approximately 85 devices due for replacement. These machines will be replaced over the next several years in quantities of 20 per year, starting with highest volume machines first. The County wishes to establish a multi-year relationship with the successful bidder, however, a guarantee of replacement of all 85 devices with successful bidder is not guaranteed.
