RFP-PR-0909-171 - Goodell's County Park Historic Area Grading & Walkways

Summary of Specifications:
This project will include, but not be limited to the grading and movement of soil within the park, asphalt paving, concrete curb and loose walkway materials, concrete foundations, segmented retaining wall and restoration Bidders shall make a careful examination of the site, and shall become informed as to the location and nature of the proposed work, general existing conditions and facilities, and all other matters that may affect the cost and time and completion of the contract. All prices shall include materials, installation, overhead, permits, fees, and all other general conditions to complete the project as designed.
