Summary of Specifications:
The Smiths Creek Landfill is seeking proposals from geosynthetic contractors to assist in removing the geomembrane for a temporary rainflap and subsequent repairs to geosynthetics in Cell 7 at Smiths Creek Landfill (SCL, Owner). The project consists of removing approximately 500 feet of 60-mil HDPE geomembrane rainflap and repairing the geocomposite drainage layer above the base liner system and necessary repairs on the geomembrane.
