Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), St. Clair County (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit Proposals for the purpose of providing engineering services for regulatory monitoring of ground water, surface water and leachate at the County’s Smith’s Creek Landfill and their Thomas Road landfill.
