The scope of work involved for this project is as follows: Interior office renovations for the frelaction of the St. Clair County Health Department. The renvoations will include new exam rooms, administration office space, and associated clinical support spaces. The renovations wil occur on the first and second floors.
Additionally the scope of work includes exterior construction of an Emergency Preparedness Garage for trailer and van storage located in the east parking lot of 220 Fort Street. This project will be funded by ARPA.
