Summary of Specifications:
The Charter County of Wayne hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the purpose of analysis, design, development, implementation and support of an Electronic Vital Records Information Management System. 

Wayne County is located on the Southeastern coast of Michigan, and with a population of about 2,000,000 (as of July, 2006), ranks as the most populous county in the state. The Wayne County Clerk is the Keeper or Records for the County (all Vital Records and inactive official records of all County departments). The County Clerk in her capacity as the Keeper of Records is entrusted with the responsibility of processing, managing, and maintenance of the County’s Vital Records.
