Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued for the Charter County of Wayne (County) Office of the Chief Executive (CEO) to obtain information that may be used for restructuring CEO departments and divisions to maximize operational efficiencies, cost savings and revenues. Through this RFQ, the County hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit Responses for the purpose of establishing a list of qualified vendors by business area (Qualified Vendors List) to provide innovative, well-designed recommendations for maximizing operational efficiencies, cost savings and/or revenues within various County departments and/or divisions (also referred to as “business areas”).
