Summary of Specifications:
The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for a provider to perform all necessary services in the conversion of digital land record images/pages to microfilm format in compliance with state law, applicable industry standards and best practices for maintaining official records in microfilm format for the Register of Deeds. “PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.”
